Commonly all building developments have multiple vendors which delivers services or infrastructure that needs to be supported and maintained on an ongoing basis. New buildings developments especially would have warranties that would continue on a long term basis for particular fittings or equipment of which service level agreements needs to be monitored, reviewed for performance and renewed and renegotiated.

The Enfount Vendor Management Service Component would cover all liaison and coordination with vendors as required including the coverage of formalities such as performance evaluation and renewals.
