Training & Personal Development
At Enfaserv we strive to provide opportunities to people who are passionate about alleviating their lives.
Out teams constantly travel to areas that are underdeveloped in Sri Lanka for recruitment and trains select candidates under direct supervision by senior technical personnel.
We further provide soft skill development programs for select team members thus providing them an opportunity to further enhance their career potential with sound English skills enabling them to widen their horizons of being able to pursue international opportunities.
GO Green Environmental Awareness
Enfaserv is firmly committed to reducing its carbon footprint and one key initiative is the use of electric vehicles for its operations where e-bikes are assigned for usage by employees.
All detergents and chemicals used for the disposal of our services are also stringently assessed for its effects on usage by employees as well as our clientele.
We are passionate about gearing the next generation in the country and have taken initiatives to help children who are orphaned and in probation due to losing their parents by supporting the Senera Sisu Saviya initiative which was launched in July 2016 with resident facilities for needy children with well-trained matrons and educational support.
Further we strive to sponsor a charity event as an annual exercise through the volunteerism of our team members as well which could empower initiatives that are setup as charities in assistance for differently abled and medically challenged kids.
